How to Use This Website

Julie's Vegetable Ranch Pantry is an evolving hybrid between a buyer's club and a retail store.
  • You are a "Participant".
  • Participants first browse the Info/ Interest page for a Supplier (located on both side bars).  Specific information for each Supplier's unique rules, regulations and requirements is given on these pages.
  • Participants express Interest when their supply gets low.  It's a good idea to give plenty of notice.
  • Express Interest using the Survey form on that Supplier's Info/Interest page.
  • Surveys have been created to reflect popular and potentially-popular items.
  • When a Survey is not available, Participants are encouraged to use the following resources to decide which items they would like:
    • Supplier's Official Website, or a searchable
    • Google Wholesale Price List document (links provided)
  • Once you know what items you want, express Interest by clicking on the text below the main post telling how many Comments have been submitted.
  • As Interest is expressed for additional items, Surveys will be updated.
  • Interest will be tracked and a Pending Order will be compiled on the Supplier's Info/Interest page.
  •  Participants will be contacted to discuss payment and pick-up/delivery logistics when a Pending Order can be placed.  Unless specified otherwise, a 30 % handling fee of 30% is applied to Wholesale prices.  Order Surveys already reflect this handling fee, wholesale price lists do not.
  • Orders and delivery/pickup arrangements are made as dictated by Interest and schedule logistics.
  • Minimum requirements must be met and enough notice must be given to submit each order.
  •  A check (made to "Julie Rossberg") or cash payment can be made upon pick up, unless an arrangement is made to pay in advance.
  • Substitutions and Cancellations will be made -conservatively- at my discretion.  Every effort will be made to be in communication about changes, but if an executive decision has to be made, I will do my best to anticipate what is preferred, most economical, and/or most logical.
  • It's recommended to plan ahead.  In a pinch, the retail store can be reserved for emergency items to hold someone over until the next order opportunity arises.
